Service Description

*Please note that IDR 100.000 is a deposit fee that will be returned to you upon your visit. Many of our customers request to view our products first-hand, especially our leather bags, before making any purchase. Due to the current pandemic, all of our plans to make our products available to you offline (via bazaars) were put on hold. Therefore, private preview sessions are made available for you. For health and safety reasons, kindly oblige to our private preview policies prior and during your visit. Policies: 1. It is mandatory for you to wear a mask upon arrival and throughout the session. 2. Maximum occupancy for one private viewing session is 2 (two) people. We reserve the right to refuse entrance if this rule is violated and we will refund your deposit fee 3. Cancellation of booking in less than 24 hours of booking session will result in loss of deposit fee. 4. You may reschedule your booking for 1 (one) time. Please note that dates and sessions are subjected to availability 5. We will return your deposit fee through bank transfer, if you do not make any purchase or do not meet prerequisites mentioned below upon the time of private viewing; Pre-entrance: 1. Please show us your booking confirmation that we have sent you via e-mail/SMS 2. We will require you to wear a face mask, get your temperature checked (only below 37.3 degree celsius are allowed to enter) and wash your hands in place provided. 3. We will allow you to enter once you have fulfilled all the requirements mentioned and do not show visible signs of sickness (e.g.: coughing, sneezing, etc). We reserve the rights to refuse your entrance if you do not fulfill any of our requirements and we will refund your deposit fee. Due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra precautions in our store: 1. We will sanitize all of our products and highly touched surfaces prior to your session in order to ensure your health safety in our store. We also provide hand sanitizers in store which can be used when needed. 2. All of our employees will take their temperature check prior to your session. They will wear face shields, face masks and hand gloves throughout your sessions. 3. We ask for your cooperations to wear your face mask during the session and use our provided hand gloves when trying our products. Please do not hesitate to ask any of our employees should you need any further assistance.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. If cancellation is informed in less than 24 hours, deposit fee (IDR 100.000) will not be returned.
